What We Do

We provide Personal Assistant and Senior Citizen Care to the Lake Anna, Virginia area.  Our service helps senior citizens stay in their home for as long as possible by providing things like companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands.

Caretaking Plans

Basic Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Home Checks done by an experienced LKA Representative to complete the Information and Detail Form from which specifications for the check-ups are defined.  Includes routine checks of both the interior and exterior of the property.

A copy of the inspection form can be emailed or left in the owners home.

Key Holder Service - Act as primary contact for Sub-Contractor, Vendors, Family and Friends at owners discretion to allow access to the home.

Digital Photography - Weekly/ Biweekly Photos can be  e-mailed for confirmation of property condition and update on any work being done on site or any type of extreme weather occurrence.

Additional Services

In-house home improvement service for immediate on-site repairs.

In-house  watercraft  maintenance and repair service for immediate on-site repair of your boats and pwc's.

Sub-Contractor/ Vendor Supervision - Service includes contacting proper company or professional involved,  determining the timing of job, grant access to property and securing home upon departure.  Verify the completion of the scope of work.

Mail and Package Services - Will make sure UPS and FedEx deliveries are safe and secured.

Automobile Exercise - Operate vehicles during weekly Home Inspection.  Maintain automobile maintenance schedule.

Home Preparation -  Open the house prior to arrival to set temperatures, deactivate alarm system,  start and stock fireplaces, hot tub check, and turn on lights.  Secure the property upon departure,  provide general cleanliness,  arrange for house cleaners and return the home to proper condition
